Serendipity

‘Making happy discoveries whilst looking for other things’

Serendipity is Berwick-upon-Tweed’s answer to Twenty Eight.

A charming shop on the main street, it is home to over 20 local artisans selling a variety of beautiful gifts and crafts.

Serendipity has been established for over 2 years now and has succeeded in bringing handmade back to the High Street. When you enter the shop you are greeted first of all by the crafters and designers themselves who all take a turn at working in the shop, then by the amazing space and range of products they have on offer. Whether you’re shopping for a gift or for yourself, you are literally spoiled for choice.

The products on offer include original artwork, cards and prints, jewellery, ceramics, textiles and paper craft. Prices vary from product to product but start from as little as a couple of pound and thus ensuring Serendipity cater for all budgets.

In addition to their more permanent, local exhibitors, Serendipity also has opportunities for guest exhibitors to sell their wares with them on a temporary basis. Further details can be requested direct from Serendipity at localartisans40@gmail.com

Open Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm, Serendipity can be found at Marygate, Berwick-upon-Tweed, TD15 1BN. Further details can also be found on Facebook under Serendipity Local Artisans.
